Community Open House Recap

Updated: Dec 21, 2018

On Wednesday, November 14, 2018, the 3Roots team was on-site at AleSmith for our second Community Open House. The entire project team was present - architects, engineers, biologists, everyone! - to answer questions and review exhibits with attendees.

The invitation was shared in a direct mail letter sent on November 2, 2018 to 1,700 households in the Parkdale neighborhood. Information was also shared online in blog post on November 2, and event reminders were emailed to the 3Roots project email list on November 7 and November 13. Thank you to everyone who was able to join us!

Nearly 40 exhibits were available for review and the 3Roots project team served as subject matter experts at each station! All exhibits are available for download here.
